Sojourner Hack streak request

We are aware of the frustrations that some of you are facing regarding the Sojourner hacking streak following the recent map update and outage on July 25th and July 26th, 2016. If you were unable to hack a Portal during this extremely rare occurrence and had to restart your Sojourner streak, we would like to remove that gap in your streak as well as any gaps in your hack streak from the end of the outage to the close date for this form. If you report your Agent codename here before August 10th, 2016, we will look into your request. Keep in mind that this was a very rare occurrence and we will not be able to make similar adjustments in the future.
