Where do you ship?
Currently, we only ship to customers in the United States.
How much is shipping and handling?
We use direct pricing from both the US Post Office and UPS, so the prices you see for shipping are based directly on the carrier rates, accounting for size, weight, and destination.
When will my item ship?
We strive to turn around all orders within 48 hours of purchase. The time it takes to get to you will depend on the type of shipping that you chose.
Can I track my order?
Yes! When you make a purchase on the site, you will get an automated email from our distribution center that will include a link to a tracking reference number.
My USPS tracking number isn't working!! What's the deal?
It's normal for US Postal Service tracking numbers to take a little bit of time before they start working. The tracking number won't work until your package is in the hands of the US Post Office, which is typically within 48 hours from the day you placed your order.
What is the Return Policy?
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
